Each result page now displayed personalized insight based on mindset type, not just crystal recommendations. Content explained why that stone matched the user’s current energy state.
Follow-up Context
Emails evolved from reminders to reflections, expanding on manifestation intent, personal growth, and progress. Each message nurtured belief instead of offering discounts.
Retention Framework
Post-purchase content reconnected customers to their original intent behind the purchase. Community storytelling replaced transactional upsells, lifting conversion rates.
